Venue requirements
By submitting assets, you are making a legal warranty that you either own the copyright or have explicit permission from the creator for BH Live to use them for marketing purposes and have cleared rights for any intellectual property within the image or video, as well as permission from any recognisable people in the image or video (privacy rights).

Social assets:
- @ 1920w x 1080h (version with date & venue, version without)
- @ 1080w x 1920h (video preferable)
- @ 1080w x 1350h
Digital screens:
- @ 1920h x 1080w (include date & venue logo)
- @ 1920w x 1080h (include date & venue logo)
- @ 480w x 880h (include date & logo) (Supplied as JPEG)
