As the nights draw in and the festive season looms into view (we won’t mention the dreaded C-word!), now’s the time to start planning your live entertainment calendar for the months ahead.

Following on from a fantastic start to the year that brought big-name artists, top comedy acts, and dazzling productions to the coast, the team at Fairfield Halls are back with another packed programme to brighten your Autumn and Winter.

Whether you’re into laugh-out-loud comedy, spine-tingling theatre, spectacular dance, or an unforgettable evening with…, there’s something for everyone this upcoming season.

Bursting with over 40 must-see shows, this comprehensive seasonal guide covers everything you need to plan the perfect evening - from performance dates and ticket prices to venue details and handy visitor information.

Here’s just a taste of what’s in store:

Autumn kicks into swing by letting madness take its toll, with The Rocky Horror Show taking centre stage between 2 to 6 September, followed by the nostalgia-rich The Mersey Beatles on 12 September.

As autumn deepens, don’t miss the crowd-pleasing Jason Manford on 18 October, Josh Widdicombe: Not My Cup of Tea on 23 October, and the sharp-witted Jack Dee on 31 October - each adding comic flair to the season.

Step into the festivities with The Crooners Christmas Special on 13 November, or for fans of something a little more traditional, The Nutcracker ballet on 19 November. From 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, Beauty and the Beast bursts onto the Ashcroft Theatre stage in a lavish, laugh-out-loud pantomime featuring EastEnders favourite Ellie Dadd as Belle, the ever-beloved Charlie Guest as Louis La Plonk, and panto powerhouse Jamie Steen as Polly La Plonk. Expect jaw-dropping sets, dazzling costumes, and electrifying staging - plus an accessible, relaxed performance on 2 January 2026, and special school showings complete with free ice-cream for groups!

The New Year sees Ellen Kent return to Croydon for a performance of Carmen, and in March, five iconic Crystal Palace legends - Mark Bright, John Salako, Clinton Morrison, Darren Ambrose, and Joe Ledley - come together for an unforgettable evening of football nostalgia, banter, and behind-the-scenes stories.

And that’s only the beginning! Pick up a copy of the guide to explore the full line-up.
