Across our bars, Bistro, Servery and dedicated show hospitality packages, we have something to cater to every preference! Our in-venue bars serve a great selection of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, as well as snacks, crisps, popcorn, sweets, chocolate and Criterion Ice Cream.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy across all of our hospitality outlets. Please be prepared to show proof of age when buying alcohol. 18+ only. Please drink responsibly.

Bars and food outlets typically open one hour before a performance. Opening times are subject to change based on the event schedule. Please check your event pre-performance email for the most accurate timings.

Foyer & Sun Lounge Bar
Located in the heart of our main foyer, the Foyer Bar is open ahead of every performance and is the perfect place to start your visit.
Whether you're in the mood for a refreshing pint, a glass of wine, or something softer, you'll find a wide selection of beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks to choose from.
It's a great spot to meet friends, soak up the pre-show buzz, and relax before the curtain rises.
Interval Drinks Pre-Ordering
Want to make the most of every minute of your night out? Avoid the interval rush by pre-ordering your drinks at the Foyer Bar before the show starts.
Simply place your order when you arrive, then sit back, relax and enjoy the performance. When the curtain falls for the interval, your drinks will be ready and waiting for you – meaning you can skip the queues, head straight to the bar and get back to enjoying the show.

The Terrace Bistro
Start your evening in style with our new drinks and light bites offering, perfectly tailored for theatre lovers seeking a relaxed yet elegant beginning to your night.
With floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the glow of golden hour light as you indulge in a carefully curated selection of drinks, including premium English sparkling wine from Chapel Down, paired beautifully with handcrafted antipasti, cheese and wine platters, and other tempting small plates.
The Servery – Featuring Pronto! Pizzeria
Tucked just off the main foyer, The Servery is the perfect place to grab a bite before the show or during your visit to Fairfield Halls.
Enjoy a range of hot food options, including Pronto! Pizzeria, where freshly made pizzas are prepared on-site and available to pre-order. For full menu choice, early arrival for Pronto! Pizzeria is recommended. Please note that food may not be taken into the Concert Hall or Theatre.
Alongside hot food, you’ll also find a wide selection of classic theatre treats available at The Servery – from crisps and popcorn to sweets, chocolate, and indulgent Criterion Ice Cream.
