On Thursday 1^st June, we will be holding a Children’s Composition Workshops from 9:00am – 11:30am (Music for Film) and 12:30pm - 3pm (Improvisation and Composition).

These workshops are the perfect opportunity for students who are interested in learning how to compose music from scratch OR even those who have plenty of ideas that they'd love to explore through improvisation and composition.

Using the full functions of the keyboards at YMS, children will be able to create the music they'd love to listen to themselves. Whether it be a pop ballade or a piano solo, students will come away with a piece of music they are proud of and can continue developing outside of the classroom.

Daniella Abounassar and Bethany Norman will be leading this session for ages 7+.
