Croydon Philharmonic Choir - Carmina Burana and Rhapsody in Blue

Come and hear us perform Carl Orff’s rousing Carmina Burana, one of the most dramatic and popular choral works of our times. Croydon Philharmonic Choir is combining with Basingstoke Choral Society and the choir of St Mary’s C of E Primary School, Oxted for the occasion, backed by Docklands Sinfonia who will also play George Gershwin’s evocative Rhapsody in Blue. Completing the repertoire is Constant Lambert’s enchanting jazz-age The Rio Grande, for choir and orchestra. This is sure to be an exciting and enthralling evening, not to be missed!
Rather than putting every seat on sale from the outset, we will be releasing seats in the auditorium in stages. This allows us to fill from the front to the back, ultimately creating a great live show atmosphere for both the audience and the performer. We will release more seats based on the demand of each performance, so if you can’t find the seats on-sale you want, keep checking back or try a new area of the auditorium.
