Nadine Benjamin - Soprano


Nadine Benjamin is a former ENO Harewood Artist. A charismatic and versatile artist, she is equally at home on both the operatic stage and the concert platform, and is developing renown as an exponent of song, in particular Verdi, Strauss, Berg and contemporary American song.

Notable engagements elsewhere: Lucia Lucia di Lammermoor (Garsington Festival Opera); soprano solo A New Dark Age (Royal Opera House); Amelia Un ballo in maschera, Ermyntrude Isabeau (Opera Holland Park); Mother Hansel and Gretel (Scottish Opera); Countess The Marriage of Figaro, Tosca Tosca (ETO); Desdemona Otello, Tosca (Everybody Can! Opera); Nadia The Ice Break (Birmingham Opera Company). In 2018, she released her debut solo album Love and Prayer and more recently Emergence, musical settings of poems by Emily Dickinson, in collaboration with Nicole Panizza.
