Prolific singer-songwriter and folk-punk rebel Frank Turner is back on the road with a new tour to celebrate his latest album No Mans Land. With support from singer/songwriter Micah Schnabel and folk-pop three piece Guise.
Honing in on his love of folk and acoustic guitar, his new album focuses on inspirational women whose stories have been largely overlooked. Worked with an all-female cast of musicians he shares their tales (many of them dark and tragic) with empathy and tenderness.
The woman who invented rock’n’roll. The serial killer from the Deep South who plucked her victims from lonely hearts pages. The jazz-obsessed heiress who fought for the Free French. These are just a few of the fascinating characters to feature, making this most original project to date.
Delivering his yearningly honest and heartfelt punk-tinged catalogue, don’t miss Frank Turner live at Fairfield Halls!
