 Customers with Wheelchairs
There are specific wheelchair spaces in both the Concert Hall and Ashcroft Theatre together with an adjacent companion’s seat
Please do not book for these seats over the Internet.
Instead please call our Box Office on 020 8688 9291 and inform your booker that you are a wheelchair user Fairfield also has accessible lifts and toilets.

Hearing Impaired Customers

The Concert Hall & Ashcroft Theatre have infra-red hearing systems. Headsets & loops can be collected from the Box Office (subject to availability). Certain performances are also signed (call 020 8688 9291 for details).

Visually Impaired Customers

If you have a guide dog then please make your booking by phone and we will ensure that your seat is convenient for you and your dog.

Please do not book for these seats over the internet.

Both of our lifts have Braille buttons and printed material is available in large print versions.

Disabled Parking  

Unfortunately we can no longer accept pre-booking of parking spaces for Blue-Badge holders. Blue-Badge holders are asked to arrive at the forecourt as early as possible before performances. Parking space is limited and parking will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. Please note that there will be a small charge for this service.

Mobility Buses  

These buses are available on routes 914, 915, 917 and 930.
