Infrared Hearing System

The Concert Hall is equipped with state of the art infrared hearing system with both earpiece and ‘necklace’ headsets.

Removable seats

Rows A-F are at floor level and are removable, reducing capacity by 240. If the extended stage or Orchestra pit is used, Rows A&B are removed, reducing capacity by 76.

The sound desk

Positioned in Roes U&V 22-36. This area can be extended by removing further seats within these two rows

Acoustic Curtain

The Concert Hall is fitted with an acoustic curtain which can be drawn behind Row W Level 2. This curtains off the Upper Stalls completely and does not affect the Balcony seating.
